Open Outlook for Mac and click on the 'Outlook' toolbar option. Click on 'Preferences' from the menu to open the Preferences panel. Click 'Sync Services' and then open the Sync Services window. Check the 'Calendar' box in the Account panel, and then check 'On My Computer' box in the Select the Accounts to Sync window. By importing a snapshot of your Google calendar into Outlook, you can see it alongside other calendars in the Outlook Calendar View. To keep the imported calendar up-to-date, subscribe to the Google Calendar in Outlook. If you don't, the only way to update it will be to import another, more current snapshot.
